U.S. SEC charges FTX ex-CEO with fraud -statement

The SEC announced that, among other remedies, it would seek an order to stop Bankman-Fried from trading securities in the future aside from on his personal account and a civil penalty.
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York would each announce different charges later on Tuesday, the SEC said.
