The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") apply to the rules of the Invitation to Friends event ("event"). By participating in the event, investors agree to abide by all of the following rules. The Company is the provider of the event and reserves the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

Event Period :

Invited friends who trade with high leverage accounts or cents accounts will not be counted towards the number of valid transactions for this event.

Agents are not eligible to participate in this event.

This event is only applicable to specific countries/regions, and the participants must meet the qualifications for opening accounts in these specific countries/regions to participate in this event. All invitations created otherwise will be considered invalid. Applicable countries are governed by our internal policies and may change from time to time. Before participating in the event, clients are advised to consult with our online client service staff.

Any transaction losses resulting from this Event are the sole responsibility of the customer's own trading decisions and we are the sole arbiter of this Event. In the event of a dispute or matter not covered by these rules, the Company's management will resolve the matter in the manner it deems fairest to all parties involved, and such decision shall be final as to all parties involved.

The rewards may be used to offset negative balances in their trading accounts, recovery of margin or other balances arising from investor trading.

If during the Event period any person is found to have abused, violated the trading or operation, used any loopholes, errors, failures or defects of the Company's activities to defraud, or obtained any rewards, privileges or other benefits (if any) through identity impersonation, automated means or other illegal means, and obtained any benefits beyond the normal scope of transactions, or any violation of customer agreements, product disclosure statements or other legal The Company shall have the absolute discretion to revoke or suspend the account of such person and to disqualify such person from the event in accordance with these Rules, and shall also have the right to recover any prizes paid. If at any time all or any part of a provision of these Rules is illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect under the laws of a jurisdiction, such provision shall not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of other provisions of these Rules in that jurisdiction, nor shall it affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of such provisions in other jurisdictions.
