It was verified at the conference that the Pectra upgrade will contain EIP-2935 and EIP-3074. In the meanwhile, EOF and EIP-7623 are being evaluated for inclusion (CFI), and a decision is anticipated shortly. For the Osaka upgrade, EIP-7667 and the Verkle migration have been placed in the CFI category.
According to Foresight News, users can sign communications with a private key that reveals their intentions by utilizing EIP-3074. The caller's on-chain transaction then includes this message. The caller can control the user's account using the signed message and the AUTH opcode. They can even act on the user's behalf by using AUTHCALL.
