RippleX Announces A Technical Issue Affecting the AMM Pools of the XRP Ledger
RippleX has identified a transaction-disrupting technical defect in the AMM pools of the XRP Ledger; users are advised to redeem LP tokens instead of making deposits until a community-reviewed remedy is implemented.

RippleX, the development division of Ripple, has reportedly disclosed a technical issue affecting the XRP Ledger's automated market maker (AMM) pools, as reported by PANews. Because of the disruptions to liquidity pools and transactions caused by this vulnerability, RippleX management has informed users of the status of their deposits.
A post on the X social platform claims that inconsistencies in certain AMM pools on the XRP Ledger were identified by RippleX's technical team, resulting in erroneous transaction processing. RippleX advised users against depositing funds into the impacted AMM pools as a result of the persistent technical issue. Aiming to mitigate any potential complexities that may arise from the existing vulnerability, this precautionary measure advises LP token holders in these pools to redeem their tokens until the matter is resolved.
RippleX disclosed the identification of the issue in a recent update on the X platform; the inconsistency impacts the manner in which the DEX payment engine distributes liquidity across AMM pools and order books in certain intricate payment path scenarios. At present, the community is engaged in a collaborative evaluation of the proposed remedy.
