Ethereum (ETH) saw a rise of 1.37% on Tuesday. ETH gained 5.65% on Monday and ended the day at $1,705. It's interesting to observe that ETH last clung to the $1,700 level on September 12, 2022.

ETH experienced a choppy morning and hit a low of $1,651 around midday before moving. The First Substantial Support Line (S1) at $1,601 was avoided by ETH as it surged to a late-afternoon high of $1,788. ETH challenged the Second Major Resistance Level (R2) at $1,784, then slipped back to end the day at $1,705. ETH passed the First Major Resistance Level (R1) at $1,733.

The US Inflation Statistics and a Shift in Sentiment Toward Fed Policy served as support.

On Tuesday in the afternoon, a special talk of the significant US CPI Survey was held. As expected, the annual inflation rate dropped in February from 6.4% to 6.0%. The lower reported figure supported the Fed's less aggressive interest rate course toward its objective inflation.

ETH rose 3.65% to $1,747 in the first thirty minutes in reaction to the CPI Survey.

The dispelling of worries that Silicon Valley Bank (SIVB) and Signature Bank (SBNY) would propagate the infection also contributed to the session's advancements. Markets responded further to the White House's and authorities' assurances that the local financial crisis would be controlled.

US President Joseph Biden reportedly stated on Monday that "Knowing that our banking system is safe gives Citizens a sense of security. Your financial assets are safe. Please be assured that this is not where our conversation will conclude. Beyond this, we will take whatever steps are necessary.

The Dow and S&P 500 both saw gains of 1.06% and 1.65% on Tuesday, while the NASDAQ Composite Index increased by 2.14%. The NASDAQ mini was down 16.75 points this morning.

On Tuesday, investors were paying attention to the Goerli testnet release in addition to the news regarding US banks. Thanks to the Goerli testnet's debut, Ethereum stakeholders can now withdraw committed money from the Beacon Chain.

Ethereum employee Tim Beiko said, "Although withdrawals are being processed, it seems that some validators haven't been updated. looking at it. One problem with testnet validators is that, given that ETH is worthless, there isn't much incentive to keep one up.

Even though early Goerli Testnet development testing was detrimental to the ETH price, staking payments increased as a result of a more upbeat ETH price prediction.

According to CryptoQuant, there were 18,720 ETH in net offering submissions on Tuesday. Imports are still significantly below the high of 198,560 ETH in 2023, despite having increased from 14,400 ETH on Monday.

For ETH, reaching 20,000 levels would be beneficial.
