Gold: Spot gold fell 0.7% to US$1,854.02 per ounce, falling for the fourth consecutive day. US gold futures fell 0.8% to $1,853.10. Spot silver plunged 5.4% to 21.64 US dollars, hitting a low in more than two months, the latest fell 4.2% to 21.91.


Forex: The US dollar index rose to a high in more than eight weeks at 94.498. USD/JPY rose to 105.340. The EUR/USD fell 0.42% to $1.1657. GBP/USD regained some of its lost ground during the session and fell 0.09% in late trading to US$1.2719; AUD/USD fell 1.34% to US$0.7078; NZD/USD fell 1.39% to US$0.6521.


Crude oil: Crude oil futures fell during Asian trading hours. New York Mercantile Exchange November crude oil futures, as of the deadline, the transaction price fell 1.20%, trading at USD39.45 per barrel. The November transaction price of Nymex Brent crude oil fell 0.93% to USD41.38 per barrel; while the contract price of Brent crude oil and crude oil was set at USD1.93 per barrel.


Stock market: Risky assets were sold off and European stock markets fell to a three-month low. The British FTSE 100 index fell 0.64%, the German DAX index fell 0.39%, the French CAC 40 index fell 0.44%, and the Italian FTSE MIB index fell 0.21%. The Nikkei N225 closed down 1.11% to 23,087.82 points, hitting a half-month low.


Online voice social platform Yalla Group Limited (YALA.US) Initial Public Offering (IPO). The preliminarily determined issuance price range is US$7 to US$9, the issuance volume is 18.6 million American Depositary Receipts (ADS), and the stock trading code is YALA.


Before the US stock market, Nikola (NKLA.US) fell nearly 3%. As of 16:06 Beijing time, the stock fell 2.7% to US$20.58. At the close of US stocks on Wednesday, the stock closed down 25.82%.
